FEDELI’S HISTORY
Luigi Fedeli found his company in 1934 in Monza. With the help of Nino Fedeli, the brand’s products strengthened and became more innovative. By 1967, the company was international, entering the South-American market and flourishing there. Along with the company’s success came awards. Luigi Fedeli was awarded the title of Cavalier of the Republic. On its 70th anniversary, Fedeli was recognized by Assindustria Monza e Brinza for its example of industrial longevity, technological innovation and product quality.
TRADITIONAL PHILOSOPHY
In 1934, Luigi Fedeli decided to prioritize quality as his brand’s guiding principle. Today, the same philosophy—quality—remains the key to Fedeli’s success, from its roots in fine tailoring to its international role in luxury fashion.
THE FACTORY
Fedeli’s historic factory in Monza has been the center of the brand’s designs and productions. Like its philosophy, the brand has maintained the same building since 1934. And while there have been renovations to the factory, the ideals of the company have not changed.

GIZA 45
Giza 45 is a precious type of cotton. The fiber is obtained from the manufacturing of the wads from a selected type of plant that is grown exclusively in limited areas east of the delta of the Nile. The exclusiveness of the raw material is accompanied by the manufacturing of the wad, whose collection is rigorously handmade. The characteristics that make the yarn so precious are its fineness and strength, which is accomplished by an extraordinarily soft and silky weave. Giza 45 cotton can be produced in different weaving; Piquet, Oxford and Jersey. Piquet and Jersey have different weaving, but are both produced using a single thread, while Oxford is created by the union of 2 different color threads.

Absolute is an extra-fine wool obtained from Merino Sheep that are bred in a pristine Australian landscape. This particular fiber has a fineness of no more than 15.5 micron, and is selected with the utmost care. It is distinguished by its unique intrinsic properties: it’s pure whiteness, extreme brightness, extraordinarily softness, and, at the same time, it’s natural elasticity.

CASHMERE
Cashmere is an extremely refined textile fiber obtained from a distinct goat called Hircus. The name Cashmere derives from Kashmir, a region in India and Pakistan where the exports of this precious fiber to Europe first started at the beginning of the 19th century. Nowadays, this species of goat lives in the mountainous areas of Asia, where climate conditions and significant temperature leaps between night and day favour the development of the duvet of the undercoat of the goat, which is the finest and thinnest (15 micron).

CASHMERE SILK
This yarn is a blend of 2 precious raw materials; 70% Cashmere and 30% Wool. The fusion of both fibers exalts their peculiarities: the warmth and softness of the cashmere embraces the shininess and smoothness of the silk.
